Details details… How much details, that is the question… and I need some direction

Submitted my progress report to the stakeholders, only person that feedback was my partner.
The question is how much details do I need to document the process flow?
In Jakarta is only one major customer, and one not-so-major one … in Bangladesh it’s so many, do I really have to document it one by one?
